UNCSA's Spring 2022 production of Passing Strange is a comedy-drama rock musical that follows a young African American's artistic journey of self discovery. The musical's lyrics and book are by Stew with music and orchestrations by Heidi Rodewald. I played Heidi and was part of the ensemble. Christopher Burris was the director and Dionne McClain-Freeney was the musical director.
